Casey ZackPermission to Savor: Harvest Light | Fall Equinox Yoga Retreat
September 24-27, 2026 Go back
Set at the threshold of the fall equinox, Permission to Savor is an invitation to slow down and take in the quiet beauty of the season-–the gentle shift from the fullness of summer into fall’s season of harvest, gratitude, and release.
Through daily yoga and meditation, breathwork (pranayama), Yoga Nidra, and time spent in nature - including crisp and colorful autumn hikes - we’ll move with the rhythm of the season: grounding, softening, releasing, and creating space for what’s next. Aligned with the fall equinox and the quiet energy of a new moon, this retreat offers an opportunity to reset, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Expect nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, a little bit of magic, and plenty of laughter. Together we’ll savor the season, celebrate the harvest, and embrace the beauty of change.
