biography

Anna Argeropoulos

A lifelong practitioner of yoga and a 20-year yoga teaching veteran, and teacher of teachers, Anna combines a deep devotion to the lineage of the yoga practice with her passion for creative movement and strength practices. She loves creating an experience that pairs imaginative sequencing with an embodied and conscious progression, all wrapped up in the magic of practicing in Sangha - community. You can expect her classes to weave philosophy, music, poetry, and spicy challenges that bring strength, surrender, joy and laughter into a multi- dimensional yoga experience. She also lives for a vibey playlist. Anna's classes are invitational and open to all levels, all bodies and all energies as she prioritizes a safe space to be whoever you happen to be when you roll out your mat for practice.

Mary Steskal

“Teaching yoga holds a special place in my heart. The practice found me during a time that I needed it most…and it gave me the strength to change my life. I knew that one day I wanted to share the powerful healing of this practice with others.Being in the classroom as a teacher (AND student!) is truly one of my favorite places to be!”

“I enjoy teaching different styles of yoga such as vinyasa, yin and restorative because they each offer different qualities (and magic)! I am deeply inspired by astrology as its wisdom is so powerful. The subtle bodies, chakras, elements, and nature also really inspires me, so you’ll find these sort of things in my classes.”

“In my classes, I invite students to go into the deeper layers of the Self, to explore, uncover, and integrate with the loving reminder that yoga asks us to show up just as we are- no changes are needed or necessary.”

Parisa Shirazi-Chavoya

Parisa is a queer, Iranian-American yoga teacher and sound healing guide who has a passion for curating trauma-informed healing modalities. After working in higher education and community organizations for 7 years, Parisa decided to pursue work in the wellness field in 2022. The journey of deepening her yoga and sound healing practice has brought transformative change in her life. She considers it a great privilege to now be able to support others in this journey as they explore their mind, body, and spirit through accessible embodiment practices.
